New Geyser Point Dining Location Set to Open Very Soon!

Just a short time ago we brought you an update on the Boulder Ridge Villas and the new dining location, Geyser Point, in A Closer Look at the Additions Coming to Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. Today, we have a little bit more information about when at least the new dining location may debut.
According to guests (mainly Disney Vacation Club Members) staying at the Wilderness Lodge Villas, a notification was sent to guests stating that the new dining opportunity is set to open as soon as February. While no specific date has been set for it’s debut, progress seems to be coming along quite nicely.
Just a few weeks ago, when our original article debuted, we took these pictures of the progress:
The new location is set to feature a simple menu with mostly burgers, chicken, and other typical Disney offerings. While that seems like an odd menu choice with Roaring Fork and the Trout Pass very close by offering very similar items, hopefully Disney may surprise us with some more unique options when the location finally debuts. For now, a least we know when it is scheduled to open!
Hidden Mickey Alert:
If you are in fact staying at this resort in the near future, be sure to look for a rather exciting “Hidden Mickey” just above the fireplace in the main lobby area. Here’s a hint at wear you can find it!
